I picked this up at a vegan market for ₹600—super expensive, possibly because it contains white truffle oil. The taste is great, and I loved the consistency! I've used it in sandwiches and to make pasta sauce. Be sure to keep it frozen so it lasts for up to a month. It also comes in a reusable glass jar.
