Review of Jackfruit Nachos at Moku Bar + Grill by eviex

The Sunday night special - Nacho night $23AUD. Jackfruit nachos with corn tortilla chips, whipped avocado, tomato salsa, vegan cheese and vegan Greek yoghurt. Quite tasty but would have been a bit boring by itself. We had it with the pawpaw salad and some sides so it felt a bit more complete and balanced. Otherwise quite a lot of chips and the nacho topping was fairly basic - tomato, beans and jackfruit. Nice but nothing out of the ordinary. The chips were particularly good and had been baked before assembly so were nice and crisp. Moku Bar and Grill is the restaurant at the Novotel hotel so you actually have to go through the hotel lobby to get there. There are plenty of seating options - we sat around by the pool where it was a bit less crowded.
