I always enjoy this dish, even though I’m not huge on onion, which gives the gravy a tangy flavor. The rest of the ensemble, however, makes great use of mushrooms, while the rest of the veggie ingredients had a slight crisp, showing that they weren’t overcooked and seemed fresh.
