Review of Sesame Tofu at Sprout Café by kyu

Sesame #tofu is the starter that I order every time I visit Sprout Café, but have thus far failed to review because we inevitably dig in as soon as it lands on the table, destroying its photographable appearance! #appetizer #tofulover I finally managed to grab a snapshot before these careful stacks met their delicious demise.

Described on the menu as “#crispy tofu in tangy #sesame sauce,” these ultra-#crunchy planks deliver on both texture and flavor. The sweet-and-savory soy glaze is mouthwatering, with a touch of vinegary tartness and perhaps a hint of ginger. It’s so satisfying and great for sharing! $9 from the Small Bites section of the menu.
