Review of Tuscan White Bean & Kale Soup - Allen Family Foods by theveglife

I bought this 6 pack from Costco for quick healthy meals. It comes in individually packed plastic containers which apparently can be microwaved directly. I heated up the soup on a pot in the stove instead.

I though the flavour was a bit bland but not terrible. A bit of hot sauce helped, but I wouldn't buy again just based on flavour. There isn't much kale in it, a negligible amount.

It's a decent source of protein (8g), fiber and potassium. The ingredients are minimal and organic. It's interesting that this is pantry stable had has a 1 year shelf life.
