Review of filetto di seitan at Nirvana Ristorante Firenze by cate111

I really loved this dish, it is a perfect hot plate for the winter.
The seitan was of high quality (probably hand made) and the sauce was mind blowing with its richness, creaminess and mushrooms taste.
Really recommended.
