This is so tasty. Gave it to my family they thought it was real fish. Taste just like fish fingers. The breading/crumbing adds a great texture. It has the salty fishy taste of the ocean and is so satisfying. Really easy to cook in three different ways with clear instructions. I miss fish and fish fingers since going vegan and this blew me away say goodbye to your seafood cravings. It's a great source of complete protein and unsaturated healthy fats. Ready to eat in 5 to 10 minutes so don't have to spend ages cooking in the kitchen. Enjoy with a quick easy vegan tartar sauce. The soy strips under the filling resemble fish in every manner minus the cruelty and animal bones etc. Highly recommended 10/10 I have this every time my non vegan family has fish for dinner.
