Yum 😋 and yes please for a quick on the go or #lazyvegan meal!! Hubby and I loved this bowl that we shared. I just feel it was a bit heavy on the black pepper. I could still taste and feel it lingering on my tongue after each bite. The plant based meat spot on chewy yet tender. Broccoli 🥦 delicious and not overcooked. Same with the rice, cooked perfectly. Sauce was yummy too. It had that salty sweet vibe going on.
Like I said just too much black pepper for my liking. Would most definitely get again keeping in the freezer when in a pinch.
