Review of Mint Chocolate flavored meal replacement - Soylent by beckyyy

I take a daily multivitamin, omegas when needed and eat many fruits and vegetables daily so I don’t ever feel the need to supplement with nutritional shakes, though I will have a protein bar or shake if traveling or on a busy day when I don’t know what food I’ll have access to. This being said, my boyfriend’s daughter left one of her Soylent shakes from festival season and I didn’t want it to go to waste - so down the hatch #forthedollar

This mint chocolate flavor is quite tasty! It tastes a bit like choc mint ice cream. It is smooth and not gritty. I checked the FEP app and, unfortunately their chocolate source is not recommended so if for some reason I wanted to purchase these for myself in the future I’d opt for a non-chocolate flavor.

Though this is not typically a product I’d go for, as I’d be looking for more of a protein focus, I can see how it could be both beneficial and enjoyable for someone on the go and/or someone who needs to get more calories and nutrients in.
