Review of Guabao at MAZU by lizmaselli
These steamed buns were pretty darn good. I loved the fluffy bao buns. Its so hard to find vegan ones. They usually have egg whites in them, which gives them the fluffyness. These had 5 spice tofu, mustard greens, cilantro, peanut powder, and radish pickles. They were kind of expensive which is my only complaint. $7 for one bun, I definitely don't think they're the best value of all their dishes, but I sure love these little cloud buns 😄 #veganisnotscary #veganfortheanimals #govegan #ditchdairy
