Review of Asada taco at Mis Tacones by pdxveg
This consisted of tender, meaty 🐮-free seitan-based asada, topped with cashew crema, sliced radishes, and fresh pico de Gallo on a blue corn tortilla, served with lime. It was creative and full of flavor.
