These are the vegan soup dumplings from Iron Teapot Dim Sum & Bar in Los Angeles. They consist of mushroom, Tofu, Wood ear & Veggie. This is my absolute favorite dumpling spot in LA and they have a ton of vegan options. These soup dumplings aren’t super soupy but they’re very flavorful. I add chili oil and soy sauce and it’s perfect. They also have robots that bring you your food. Go check it out if you’re in the area!
