Each serving, at just 1 cup, is not very fulfilling, but easy to customize and make It a full meal. I usually enjoy this with a side salad. Plenty ingredients in this as is and and nothing strange or hard to pronounce, but to make this go further, I add other things like broccoli, sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, chopped walnuts, and/or Just Egg. High in sodium, but with this having no saturated and trans fat, along with protein, iron, potassium and fiber, I feel good having this as part of my meal.
