Thanks to @[ploopy](user-5d94a45ca96d790020303cec) I knew to look for these when I had a chance to get to 99 Ranch.  I wish I had bought more, just as they stated in their review! 

These buns are so soft and the tofu filling is flavorful and delicious!  They are peppery with a slight heat and sweetness.  Never would have expected to find a vegan Mapo tofu bun so very thankful to @[ploopy](user-5d94a45ca96d790020303cec) !

Thanks to @ploopy I knew to look for these when I had a chance to get to 99 Ranch.  I wish I had bought more, just as they stated in their review!
