There is no way of taking a pretty photo of this especially when it's a #takeaway but please trust me when I say it's delicious!
It has all the flavours of leftover Christmas dinner without any of the cruelty of a traditional Christmas dinner.
Toasted sourdough with slices of turkey style seitan which is tender and crispy on the edges, all covered with the most delicious gravy, mushrooms and stuffing. Lovely hits of sage and rosemary with a pop of cranberry in every couple of bites.
I'm kind of sad it only hits the menu once a year but I guess that makes it even more special, just like Christmas 🌲
