How are there only 2 reviews of this product? 🤯 This has to be one of the best #vegancheese I’ve ever had! Miyoko's Creamery just slaps 👏 The ingredients don’t specify exactly what #herbs they’re using here but there’s definitely a whole tonne of #oregano, possibly #rosemary, and some #thyme ..which upon having just googled (on Ecosia of course) what a “Florence herb mix” confirms our guesses! That’s @m1tch9i & I guessing by the way, since she so graciously plated this #charcuterie board for us 🥰 The #cashewcheese is aged, so expect a tangy bite, and the herbs are no fresher a flavour so it’s quite “wealthy” bite to bite. It’s almost too good to not pair it with a fine wine 🍷 to rinse of the sour finish, but us being dweebs kept to our palate cleansers of V-Soy, gummies, and crisps 🫣 I’d like to apologise if my girlfriend’s plating makes us come off any more fancy than we truly are! I can’t believe it took me going vegan to actually find the joy in #cheese 🧀 🤭 #ditchdairy #veganfortheanimals
