Review of Nashville Hot at Byron - Wembley by anandbasuattwood

Part of a collaboration between Byron and Temple of Seitan, as far as a vegan option at a “better burger” chain goes then it’s pretty good. I was a bit disappointed after eating the same direct from Temple of Seitan, but the fillet was juicy (though small) and crispy coating was nicely spiced with the added kick from the hot sauce. Great for a national chain, but doesn’t quite live up to the other half of the joint venture.
