These are simply noodles the way they’re meant to be made: just flour, water, and salt, without any preservatives added. Supposedly, this is even the brand my grandma used to buy after coming to the U.S. They boil quickly, and the texture is stellar. Just make sure to stir so they don’t clump together! They’re also a great value, as long as you don’t mind the unwieldy 4lb boxes they’re sold in.
This time of year always makes me feel a bit down, and noodles are the ultimate comfort food to warm me up and remind me of the good times. Here, I very loosely followed the NYT’s Creamy Vegan Tofu Noodles recipe.
