Review of Tempeh (Smoky Bacon) - Lightlife by thedarktower

This made for a simple and tasty dinner. I bought a mix of salad goodies from the Whole Foods cold bar, then added a few strips of this yummy tempeh (crisped up with some olive oil in a pan first). Mild smoky flavor and filling. Had this in a TTLA and fell in love. I wouldn’t necessarily call this a bacon substitute, but it is tasty and has great texture.
