Review of Mozzarella Shreds - Violife by bekindalways751

Just like the cheddar shreds I don't like these as they are straight out of the bag. When melted they have a whole different flavor in my opinion. And I definitely liked this melted in a sandwich. Melts really well if you microwave it for a minute. Plan on making English Muffin pizzas and nachos with this stuff.
