Review of Vegan Carbonara at Rifugio Romano by fedeioli

Super delicious but I honestly had higher expectations (having cooked my self Chef David YouTube recipe for it). I was very disappointed by the seitan, I was absolutely sure it was actually smoked fried bread but the waiter confirmed to me it was seitan... Still, totally worth it!
