I prefer taking my Vitamin D3 in a 1000 IU daily dosage (because that's what my doctor recommended for me). I take one gummy a day; and I am on to my third bottle. It tastes sweet and fruity--exactly like eating candy. Sugar is on the list of ingredients. There are three flavours in the bottle: red - strawberry; yellow - lemon; and orange. Red is my favourite.
