Review of Quick & Tasty Tofu Block - Cauldron by ludoludo
This tofu is quite soft and is a smaller portion size than the bigger block you can buy from the same brand. I need to check what's the difference between the two as this is called "Quick and Tasty" but I cooked basically how I would do with the other product as this is not marinated or flavoured. They don't specify a cooking time. The product is carbon neutral, organic, rich in calcium. Bought it discounted at Sainsbury.
