Review of Pressed Tofu with Italian Herbs and Tomato - Cauldron by thehorrorherbivore
I've never thought of trying tofu in Italian dishes before, but I can't believe how good this stuff is! The flavour is very similar to sausage, but with a softer texture. I usually cut up Linda McCartney sausages to add to my pasta, but will definitely be subbing them out for this now. Flavourful, convenient, nutritious and only £2 in Asda
