I have recently realised that my daily cup of coffee is making me a bit uneasy in terms of my mood apart of just keeping me active. So wanted to stay away from caffeine for a while, anybody else faced this?

So I turned to this wellness drink, the owner of which I met a vegan market who mentioned this as a good replacement for caffeinated drinks to soothe your system. The drink has a very subtle hint of lemongrass and is not too strong. It does feel nice after a cup of this drink.

All you need to do is dunk a wreath in a cup of hot water, and let it rest to brew for 10 minutes before consumption, best part is that it doesn’t come in those tea bags which are not eco friendly and each wreath can be reused upto 4 times.

shmoopsify I’ve had to cut back on how much coffee I have because I was getting a bit of anxiety while learning a new job. It’s crazy how much caffeine affects you.3 likesReply
