Review of Kimchi & Tofu Soup - Trader Joe's by paniwilson

We first learned about this #soup on this app so we have been keeping our eye out for it and today we tried it! We didn't have high expectations but it was definitely way better than we thought it was going to be!! It had really wonderful and bold #spicy flavor from the #gochujang, delicate #sweet and #umami flavors. It was a delight! It had #shiitake , #tofu , #kimchi and black rice. . It had a decent amount of heat but definitely not too spicy (or too mild), it was perfect!! Quite hearty as well. You can prepare it in the microwave or on the stove top! It was very easy and absolutely delicious!
