I think it's accidentally vegan but it's great! It's perfect for when you don't feel like making anything. Just heat it up on the stove! I just eat it plain. It tastes pretty good, it's fairly healthy, it has good nutrients in it at least. I always have a couple cans hanging around my place for last minute partial meals.
