Review of Custom salad (wannabe hummus tahina) at sweetgreen by regimack

I totally forgot to take a picture before I ate the entire thing! This was a custom salad that wants to be the old Hummus Tahina salad that has been discontinued in my area for a long time now. The dressing is vegan (ingredients list found on sweetgreen website) and I'm so glad because it really makes the salad! They no longer offer their hummus nor falafel, so I subbed in chickpeas for both of those.
