I made a sweet potato, chickpea and kale soup that you serve over rice. I’ve made it many times before, chopping all the kale, but this frozen chopped kale made made it so much easier!

unejanie i am not a big kale eater so when it comes in my farm box, i wash it, chop it, and freeze it. makes it very handy! 1 likeReply

unejanie no. just chop it and put it in the freezer. i squeeze all the air out of the bag so it doesn't take up much space. 1 likeReply
