This kit contains basmati uncooked rice, whole spices and masala paste. It costs only rs.125 for all these. Its so easy to prepare this! The instructions are clear.
This biryani was super flavourful🤤! The spice level builds up as you eat, rice was fluffy. Flavour from whole spices makes a lot of difference, so make sure to cook it for 2-3mins😊! But i don't know if it tastes like authentic chettinadu biryani. Its also one pot meal - less dishes to clean✨🤸‍♀️. Only drawback is that,it has 4 plastic covers.
