Review of Instant Yeast - Gold star by ecobunny

Yeast: controversial or a no-brainer? I have to admit even I stopped for a split second and double checked to make sure, but yes, it's OK for ethical vegans to consume Yeast, which technically is "alive". In anycase, I find this very easy to use (swipe to see my endeavours with ciabatta), and the sachets are very convenient in 10gm portions. My sourdough endeavours have not been as successful but I can hardly review flour and air, I mean...Available in most bakery sections at major stores in SA, as well as the odd garage stop! #veganisnotscary
