Pane morbidissimo perfetto da tocciare in qualche sughetto (tipo il tofu alla thai). La consistenza è un po' gommosa, ovviamente deve piacere, non va confrontato col pane nostrano.

Very soft bread perfect to touch in some sauce (like Thai tofu). The consistency is a bit chewy, obviously it must be liked as it is, it should not be compared with our local bread.
