Our light amber & mild agave nectar is a tongue-jinglingly delicious, sweeter than a honey-bee’s breakfast, 100% organic, natural fat-free sweetener – WOW!

Runnier than honey, our light amber and mild agave is great for sweetening hot or cold foods and drinks. Perfect with cereals, toast or hot drinks, you can also use it in salad dressings, cakes and sauces. Because of its sweet yet mild taste, you’ll also find it will enhance flavours, not mask them.

So, whenever you would have previously used sugar, you can now use agave – and experiment for yourself, we’re sure you’ll find yourself reaching for that bottle from the cupboard more and more

What's more it has 25% less calories gram for gram, than refined sugar, also being 1.5 times sweeter.  So to achive the same sweetness 50% less calories are used.  With its naturally low GI, it provides slow and steady energy release, as opposed to refined sugars which can cause frantic high and exhausting lows.

Light Amber & Mild Agave Nectar

This is the lighter version offered by this company, which makes it more versatile in baking... The darker colour of the other one affects the colour of lighter cakes. I tend to have both in the pantry though! An excellent brand.
