Review of Red Lentil & Beetroot Fusilli - The Foodie Market by vegpledge

I’ve never tried #legumepasta before, and although it did have a slightly chewier, grainier texture than wheat #pasta, I really enjoyed it. It has a nice subtle taste of #lentils (I wouldn’t say it tastes of #beetroot, though) and I love the bright colour which only slightly fades when cooking. It’s high in both protein and fibre, #glutenfree and has very few ingredients. Looking forward to trying the other two types in the #aldi range! £1.09
