Review of Poached Chinese Kale at Crystal Jade by tashacotton

This might be my favourite Gai Lan (Chinese Kale) in Hong Kong! It’s soo fresh and simple. The colour is a vibrant green. I love the soft texture from being poached and the sweet, light soy sauce.
