Review of Dairy Free Parmesan Style Shredded Cheese Alternative - Earth Island by helloitsme

My husband likes this substitute for parmesan, although he prefers the Violife brand. It’s salty and looks like parm, but I’d prefer a homemade version of nutritional yeast and a mix of sunflower seeds and/or cashews whirled or crushed in a grinder.
