With a little seasonings, a great alternative to sunny side up. Not as good as homemade, especially since I prefer a runny “yolk,” and this is dry, but this is super quick and easy to prepare. I add this to BLT sandwiches, breakfast toast as photo’d here, and Loco Mico (rice, veggie patty, this egg, topped with gravy).
