Review of Sweetened Coconut Condensed Milk - Coles by naomimk

Was so exited to try this.
We made our first vegan brigadeiro (Brazilian chocolate goodness) with it.
It’s much more transparent then the dairy one and slightly sweeter in taste. Almost reminded me a little bit of coconut honey.
Because the product is slightly sweeter, we left out additional sweetener and just added pure cacao powder and vegan butter.
My partner is from Brazil and we normally just munch brigadeiro from the plate instead of making balls.
Taste was different, but still very good. My Brazilian approved of it too. Consistency after cooling down slightly too hard (may be cause needs more butter)
Very unhealthy but would by again once in a while.
