The mango is the main taste of this dish, so if you’re not a fan of sweet sushi then this isn’t for you. I like mango so this was quite pleasant for me. The burster (pink ball thing) is quite unnecessary in my opinion because it makes it even sweeter than it already is. But looks pretty I guess lol. Can’t really taste the vnagi in this. I actually don’t even know what the vnagi tastes like
