most noodle broths are made from pork and since i don't eat pork, i always look for alternatives and i found this! this is a soy-milk & vegetable brother. it's creamy and absolutely delicious. it's topped with a huge chunk of tofu, mushroom & some vegetables and now it's become my go-to ramen order.
