Review of White fungus - Eu yan sang by eatlaughindulge

What is commonly know as a cheap replacement to birdnest. This fungus is a great ingredient for simple sweet dessert boiled with rock sugar red dates and white fungus. I read somewhere it is perfect for reduction of heatiness within the body. Nonetheless, it is great as a dessert!
