Review of Mexican Inspired Falafel & Rice Salad - Tesco Plant Chef by se7enity

I wasn’t expecting anything great from this as it isn’t much to look at but it’s surprisingly good. The pickled pink slaw and spinach was delicious. Only thing that would make it a full 5 stars is if the falafel wasn’t so dry or came with a chutney to dip in.
