Review of Organic 3 Grain Tempeh - Trader Joe's by beckyyy

I tend to eat tofu much more often than tempeh but each time I have it I remember how much I enjoy it. This blend is pretty good though the Lightlife variety seems a bit more neutral/less bitter. I’d make sure to steam this one first before preparing it if you are making a dish for someone who is not used to tempeh. Good price and a product I’ve been purchasing for 11+ years.
