Review of Caifan at NIE Canteen by hiiamyulin

Caifan ($3) - it was okay.. the broccoli was a little undercooked imo (it was still v crunchy), the tau kee (beancurd skin) was rly nice!! the thai style tofu was good, but i didnt like the raw onion topping on it.
