Review of Soy Sauce - Li O Chang by dimitrisv

Naturally fermented soya sauce made in Japan. No additives or preservatives and the salt is well balanced. I use it in many dishes mostly with mushrooms and tofu. Well priced I found it at 2.3€ for 200ml at Sklavenitis super market.
