Review of Avocado oil - Wesfalia fruit by taz

Can’t believe I had never heard of avocado oil until I “inherited” this bottle from my mom’s kitchen! Love all the health benefits I’ve been reading about 🙌

My toddler loves roasted chickpeas, which I would ordinarily drizzle with olive oil before cooking - I used this avocado oil tonight, instead, before chucking the chickpeas in the airfrier and it worked very well 😁 🥑

A really tasty and healthy oil.
