These were really tasty! They’re basically a super flavorful hash brown. The onion added was really nice. I tried cooking them two ways—once in a pan (stayed kind of soft/soggy but still really good) and once in the air fryer ( crispy and perfect). I thought the air fryer would dry them out because they’re very thin but it turned out just right!
