Review of Saikyo Sweet Miso - Hikari Miso by aqualing

A true workhorse in my kitchen. This miso paste is milder and more balanced in flavor with a creamy sweetness, making it suitable in all kinds of dishes, especially veggies and dipping sauces.
I made a roasted cauliflower with miso ginger glaze today, a simple dish packed with flavor. It’s my regular enhancer for salad dressing 🥗 and secret flavoring for breakfast porridge🥣 It also goes really well with ice creams🍨
