Who else here misses BURRATA ?😱

Personally, I’ve been vegan for too long so I’ve never tried the original version, but was dying to try a vegan one for so long cause burrata pictures are always soo appealing !

I wasn’t disappointed with this vegan burrata made by @chefbenoit_qc 🌱🌱 (on Instagram)

Exterior is firm and delicious, doesn’t taste like any other vegan mozza on the market while the interior is soft and creamy. I was truly amazed by the taste of this cheese. Mixed with the flavours of roasted cherry tomatoes, basil, olive oil and garlic bread, this was really a fest ! Would recommend 💯
