Review of Spelt Flour - Organic - Arrowhead Mills by ekelcem

This was my first try using spelt flour. Why spelt flour? It has more vitamins & minerals, plus more fiber. I really like the consistency- but it doesn’t absorb wet ingredients as much as wheat flour. Next time I’ll add a little more flour. My muffins won’t win any beauty contests (different sizes), but they tasted very rich! #veganin2020 #spelt #veganmuffins
